Don Carlos

Don Carlos is a Jamaican reggae singer and songwriter who emerged in the late 1970s and became known for his smooth vocal delivery, conscious lyrics, and roots reggae sound. Born Euvin Spencer in 1952 in Kingston, Jamaica, Don Carlos began his music career as a member of the vocal group Black Uhuru alongside Michael Rose and Garth Dennis.

Don Carlos gained recognition for his distinctive voice and songwriting skills, contributing to Black Uhuru's early success with albums like "Love Crisis" (1977) and "Black Uhuru" (1980).
